Need help!! Lost all accounts from Equifax credit file

So very very concerned here.  Went to pull my creditcheck total 3 bureau report and noticed I have only 1 mortgage account showing. Had 12 credit car, installment loan, auto loans showing a month ago.  Also, Experian and Transunion are fine and all accounts reporting are fine.  35 days ago Equifax was the same.  What the heck happened? I just logged into my Credit Karma the same thing. Just purchased an Equifax report here on My FICO and they want me to call and verify my identity.  

All these accounts are live and reporting monthly.  Who should I call Equifax?  Never seen this before 

Thanks for any help, I am in the 770's perfect payment history and no baddies.   Has my file been hacked?

I am about to close within a week on an investment property and not sure if this will come up or not.  I then

The last report as of Feb 3rd had all 12 accounts.  Gonna call Equifax now.

I would call Equifax. Don't panic yet. It may clearly be a technical issue correlating front and backend.

Echoing the above, call them. Please update once you find out the issue.

So just got off a call until they closed.  They pulled up the Equifax file and its only showing 1 account only, just a Mortgage account.  This is what I told them.  He said it was very odd, but said not to worry probably a glitz.  I told him thats a big glitz as I have 13 accounts open, 7 closed, zero negative info and should have 4 inquires. 

 He took tons of a notes and said the other department is probably gone since its after midnight here, but would transfer me.  He did transfer me, of course offices where closed.  

Gonna sleep on it and call back in the morning.  Yes I have a copy of the other file as well.  This is really weird as I have never had any issue or anything. Really dont know what to think, but I hope this is gotta be obvious somewhere.

Good luck.  I'm glad you have a copy of the other report.  I believe this helps matters because it's documentation.
