Need help contacting Experian

Hey everyone,

I have a friend that needs help contacting Experian.  I got him hooked to this site and was reviewing his reports with him.  We noticed that Experian is reporting the wrong data on him.  (Wrong address, Social, accounts, etc).  Contacting them via phone (1-888-397-3742) appears to be getting us nowhere.  We can't seem to talk to an actual 'human' at Experian.  He can't dispute online with them either, it appears that he gets an 'error' when he tries to validate his info.  This is probably due to the fact that when it asks him those security questions, it does not pertain to him, but the person that is on his credit report.  Anyhow, any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

He can file by mail CMRRR  or FAX.  He will need to copy SS card   drivers lic and 3rd pice to prove that he is who he says & that address is correct.

Correct all SS# and names ,address on report.

IF same problem on other CRA  do all at the same time.

Re: Need help contacting Experian

Would you by chance know a good number, fax, and/or address for them?  I've seen various different ones and I'd hate for the info to go to the wrong area.  It's extremely frustrating dealing with these guys!  Thanks for the info though, we'll start getting that stuff together.

I would also file a police report and send that as well.
