Need help to get portfolio recovery deleted

Hi would like the info to get a pay for deletion for portfolio recovery. I owe 1810 dollars and I hve disputed it and they validated it but they can't sue for payment because the SOL have been reached. I called and spoke to two supervisors today and ask for PFD and was told no multiple times. I've got to get this taken care of ASAP because my house burnt down 3 weeks ago and I need 2 of my scores to be at 640. One score is at 640 but the other two are 635 and 633 so I need it to go up 5 points and I know if Portfolio gets deleted I'll be able to get a mortgage.

I would ask them again for a PFD and let them know you are desperate because your house burned.  Tell them you can offer proof if need be.

Do you think they will actually care? This is about the only collection that can actually help me because all my other collections are around 5 years old and the mortgage lender said if I pay any of them off that it will hurt my credit instead of improving. I even told the lender if she needed
me to I would pay all my debt off and that still didn't matter to her.

Another thing that I don't understand is that the loan officer says my transunion is 633 and my equifax is 640 but when I checked it on myfico my equifax was spot with what she pulled at 640 but my transunion is 667 don't get why there is a 34 point gap

It's posted quite a bit in here that most lenders use a newer version of TU FICO score. While the score range is close, there are variants in the newer version of TU FICO score used by lenders vs. the TU FICO on myFICO.com. For some the TU FICO used by lenders is higher than what they pull in here and for most it seems that the one used by lenders is lower.

I don't know if they would or not but it is worth the try.  Even CAs have to have some sort of a heart.

Contact the CEO or VP.  Since a PFD is a kind of good will letter, be completely honest with them.

Should I call or send them a letter?

I would send a letter if you have time.  I know I can write my thoughts much better than trying to talk, especially if I get emotional.
