Need to be removed as AU...negative closed account!

My uncle was as AU on a Chase account that was closed but the account is in a negative standing, and is afffecting his credit, how or can he be removed from this account?

He should start by contacting Chase and asking them to remove him. They might insist that the actual cardholder do so, though.

If all else fails, he can dispute with the CRA's as "not mine", but it's always a good idea to avoid getting into it with them.
