You are correct Happy they are a CA. Another wonderful JDB....I've had this exact situation with Pallisades. They were reporting an AT&T bill which I didn't owe and had some 1/2 baked Law firm trying to collect it. I did what I told the OC to do and bingo it's been gone for 6 mos and no more letters about it either.

I disputed two accounts with EX online and the two negatives were deleted. I also sent a DV to NCO. I hope they just ignore it now....lol. Thanks for the help. I will send the other disputes off tomarrow. CMRRR. I just hope I have no trouble with EQ, being that I am in Texas. I did request a report from CSC, guess I will see what I get and try disputing through them. BTW I just assume they have my CR.

Thanks again for the help. Maybe I will see a big jump after these get deleted. One listed as 120+ days Past Due and the other a new collection unpaid.
