New Social Security Number With Accounts Attached! HELP!

Basically I moved here from Bermuda 3 months ago. With a new social security number and work authorization card.

Low and behold 3 things are on my credit report making my score 600, Things from 2004-2006-2007, I didnt even live here! I cant buy a house, get a utility bill. Nothing! How do I get them off. Each company has told me that they have no "social security number attached to the account" and that they just chose my name because its the same name but are making me jump through hoops- its been 2 months and many letters later and they havent taken it off. Can anyone give me any suggestions?!

Does the first digit of your new social begin with an eight or nine by any chance?  There is a 9 digit number issued by the INS that usually beigns with the numbers I referenced above. If so I thnk I know what the problem may be.
