New accts not reporting on Credit Reports

Can someone tell me what is going on with the companies not reporting.  I have 3 new accts not reporting yet.  Montgomery Ward open in 12/27/07 charge and paid first payment 1/08, Capital One 1/8/08 have used not showing they pull all three cr for inquiries. Kay's open 1/08 can someone tell me what company finance Kay's accts, what name would the inquiries reports as b/c did not see an inquiries stating Kay's.

Kay's INQ should have come up "Stearling" or "Stearling Jewelers"

Stearling owns Kays and several others- they appear to handle it internally-

Does the account show up on the report or is it not reporting the correct balance?  Some companies miss reporting for the month and since your accounts are very new, I would give it another month or 2.  Also keep in mind that some companies and CRAs are slow to report CC balances.  It took 2 months for my Chevron card to show 0 balance.

Kay reported very quick for me- 3 weeks 

Reported $0 on the first report even though I had a balance-
