Newbie!! Need help!

Hi, I'm new to this forum (1st time posting) I have been trying to fix my credit on my own lately and only recently found this forum.  For the past couple of months my scores have froze..... Here's what my report looks like:  (Any suggestions???)

Chase MTG : Bal 259837   1 (30 day late-10 months ago) on all 3 CRA

Cap 1 Bank  : Charge off (only on experian) have disputed however experian says frivolous already verified.

Providian : Charge off (Experian and Transunion) have disputed they report as verified

everything else on my report is positive I do however have utilized about 80% of available credit.

My scores are as follows:

TU 595

EX 605

EQ 601

Help!!!!!1

I'm kinda new but my suggestion for a quick increase would to start paying down your credit cards.  I would also send a GW to chase manhattan.  With all the mortgage mess, I pretty sure that a mortgage company will try and do what it takes to keep you as a customer.
