Well I'm happy that I passed the 800 mark with Experian. I don't know the other two scores since I only monitor through EX.

It's a good feeling knowing how the system works. While two of my scores were already in the 770's my utilization was still at 22%. The biggest change for me has been understanding the impact of utilization on your score (and the time lag between the due date and statement closing date) and that it is the thing you have the most control over. Once I understood that factor and learned to control my spending around it, it has provided much greater budget control and discipline. For some, 800+ may not be important, but the discipline that it imposes is a positively good thing in the long run.

I'm happy today. Guess I'll have to not be too cheap and buy the other two scores.

P.S. 800+ across the board has been my intention since I am going to buy a house next year.

So Awesome. I'm Jealous. I don't think I will reach that for many many years with my AAoA so young.

congratulations! I know the feeling from where you came from. Make it a sport to stay up there, limit your spending, pay cash or pay off cc at billing cycle. I tell you a nice story, I was going out to buy a 90K new MBZ a few months back and was prepared to pay cash. When I heard about 1.9% (and I am collecting approx 10% on my investment) I went for it and gave them NOTHING down, they ran my credit and accepted.

TU and EX = 820 EQ = 821

Honestly you're an inspiration for me. You are young and have a young AAoA, but you are learning a lot and willing to learn. I'm proud of you. And hope that you will remain engaged and inspired to achieving 800+.

P.S. Don't be jealous, be inspired. Jealousy is negativity, but being motivated and inspired is the essence of positivity.

I have every intention to stay here and go up. I use my CCs, but then turn around and pay on them from my banking account. Buy or spend only what you have, even if you use a CC. Get those points, but only those points you can pay for.

$90K...you need to invest in my juice business.

You're the one with the fancy and shiny CCs. I'm the lowly prince, with a dream and determination to reach the top of the mountain. I'll leave you a spot.
