I opened a new CC, which just started reporting on two CRAs. When I log in and refresh my CR, it's showing up. But I did NOT rec'v any emails notifying me that the acct. was reporting. I found out when I refreshed my rept. the other day.
I spoke w/CS and they're going to look into it, but I was wondering if anyone has had this issue w/them.
Thanks!
How far apart was it with regard to reporting and now? The USAA product is a CCT resale and CCT always lagged 3-5 days behind.
Hmm. I'm not sure the exact date that they reported, but it was in the last week or two. I have Equifax CMS and was going to cancel now that I have the USAA CMS, but now I'm not sure if I should.
The rep didn't say anything about a delay and talked w/a supervisor while i was on hold.
Come to think of it, I haven't gotten any notices from USAA in forever.
Hmmm...

Yeah, but when you're a daily puller who needs notices?
i only occasionally get the updates, but i pull my reports pretty often, so i just figured that was why.
Interesting... I got an email notice this afternoon. It may be the delay that Ilecs mentioned. I should still be getting a second notice for the acct. showing up on the second CRA.I know the second acct. just showed up yesterday, so I'll see how long it takes to get the second notice from them.
I don't pull daily because I was expecting to be notified by email of any changes.
I'm curious... how many CMS do most people have? I'm trying not to go overboard because they add up quickly. Right now, I have EQ CMS, Score Watch and USAA CMS through Experian. Plus myfico TU, but that's only quarterly. That's around $40 a month, which seems like a lot to spend on credit monitoring, to me.
I was planning on canceling the EQ CMS and only keep Score Watch, USAA CMS and myFICO TU. What's considered covering your bases without going overboard?

I only have three.
EQ CWG: Daily & it allows you to see soft INQs;
USAA CMS: All 3 & daily.
TU: Daily.
Ideally I'd like a service that gives me daily EX & TU that also shows soft INQs.

Duh me, I found all the notices in an old e-mail account that I no longer use. I thought I had changed everything over, but obviously not.
Changing e-mail accounts is almost as bad as changing names!
O6, I agree completely. It's frustrating that there doesn't seem to be a CMS that has all of the features I'd like, so I end up with several services. I've also been considering keeping the EQ CWG (I have the same as you.) because it shows softs that the USAA CMS doesn't. And w/USAA CMS, I can see EX repts.
Haulingthecorp, I know what you mean about the email address! It's hard to remember everywhere to change it. I got a "lifetime address" at pobox.com, so if I change isp's, I don't have to update my email everywhere. I just login and change the forwarding email address. I've had it for over 10 years.
