Oh unfortunately I know alllllllllll about this. Been ill since Friday, started off with a slight upset stomach & went downhill fast. 
Friday's dinner was Jello, yesterday's was chicken noodle soup & today I can finally get some semi-solid food down. Pepto-bismol has been my friend this weekend. Feeling much better now but I gotta tell ya it is one swift but brutal virus. I hope no one here gets it.

MRSA doesn't cause upset stomach or vomitting. It is a skin infection, so you should make sure that you keep your hands washed at all times. But, it sounds like there is a stomach virus going on.

Your 2 cents is welcome stef37! I understood what you meant and I think most germaphobes will as well. 
I try not to go crazy worrying about germs and using disinfecting things all over the place since I don't want to help build superbugs... but when DH raked his arm open on the corner of a filing cabinet at his office I insisted he go take a Purell bath!
