I would not take from the retirement for two reasons, 1- you will get penalized for the withdraw. 2- it's becomes a bad habit. As for the payoff I'd pay the CC and apply the balance if any to the SL and then the following month apply what you normally pay to the CC to the normal SL payment and b4 you know it both debts will be gone. It's called snowball and it works, good luck
