If I were in your shoes, goldberg, and had the cash on hand to do so, this is what I would do. I would get overall util at 9% or less, like yesterday. I would then only allow one of my cards to report a balance under 9% util. If you did that, I would have no doubt at all that your scores would easily go over 700.
