Paid Charge Off/ Repo loan

So I had a vehicle repossed 3-4 years ago. I paid the balance off like 2 years. And well I was just wondering is there still a way to get this negative down as much as possible, like take off the deliquent payments and what not?

All you can do is try sending Goodwill letters to try and have them or the account removed.
