Paid on time for 6 months

I have been paying my car payment on time now for 6 months. This month, I also had to pay the IRS which threw everything off. I will be making the payment this Thursday. I am wondering if anyone knows if, on my credit report, will it show up as late. I wont be 30 days, it will be like 16. I think I know that it won't show up as late, but would like someone with experience to confirm. Feeling like a bit of a loser, but there was only so much money this month.

Hi there.

It shouldn't show on your reports since it will not be 31 days late after the due date. But keep an eye on it.

ETA: Also be prepared to pay late payment fees.

Thanks for the response. Feeling a bit better. 9 more months and that baby is paid off!!!!
