Patelco CU credit pull checking

I was thinking of opening a free checking account with Patelco. Anyone know if they run your credit? (hard or soft pull)

Also, are there any other credit unions don't do a hard pull? I'm trying to avoid any new inquiries.

Don't know about a pull for just opening, but for their CC's, they historically pulled EX.

I haven't heard much about them recently, so please do update if you wind up joining them.

I ended up joining Provident , another local respected CU. I signed up for their free checking (no fees, min. balances, ATM reimbursement) . Luckily only a soft pull on EQ from Andera,
