Greetings All. Prior to the due date on my PP Credit account I manually submitted a payment for full account balance. 2 days later I verified the account showed $0.00 balance & $0.00 payment due. Today my checking account shows 2 additional withdrawals from PP.. both for $62 which was the former minimum payment amount due to be processed via autopay. I spoke to a PP rep that said this is an identified & escalated issue, no ETR, no guarantee that additional payments won't occur in error, auto refunds to be issued once system issue is resolved, deleting checking acct from PP could prevent refunds and isn't recommended. Anyone else experiencing this?
