Try this.....it might work.
I would send a letter requesting info. from the CA......I pulled my CR and noticed that you are reporting that I paid you for a debt. I have no knowledge of every paying you or for any debt owed to you.
As furnishers must report 100% accurate info. Please mail me a copy of the cancelled check showing your company as the payee! Also enclose a copy of my signiture. If this can not be done delete this account within 15 days. I really do not want to have my attorney litigate this.
