Hi everyone,
I have a collection (medical) that I have to act quickly on. This company has already sued me and WON a judgement, and garnished my wages. So they have a taste of my paycheck and know it is a good vein! I cant mess around with them. I am wanting to pay the debt off in monthly payments. Here are my questions:
- Do I send my intentions in writing, with the first payment?
- What if they do not agree to the amount I am able/willing to pay?
- I have no grounds to ask for a PFD - right?
