Payment Problem?

Hey everyone,

 

So i received my statement from chase on thursday and set up my payment for friday. I set the payment up online to be withdrawn from my checking account.

 

The problem I am noticing this morning is as follows. Chase is showing the payment as completed and everything being all set. However, when viewing my bank account, it is showing absolutely no activity from chase. No funds have been withdrawn to make payment, and there isnt even a hold for pending withdrawal.

 

My question is, is this normal? Im not sure how chase could show the transaction as completed if no sort of funds have been withdrawn from my account.

Today is not a business day. Takes 24 hours to complete. It will be fine on Monday. Do not fret

I cant speak for Chase specifically, but this is fairly normal in my experience. It happens a lot.
