Personal Loan Question

I have bad credit right now, just started rebuilding it...

Id like to get a 2K personal loan

I know I can not get approved for one BUT if my co-signer has excellent credit, should I have a problem getting it?

What do you mean by good credit?  I ask because banks are not lending money very much right now and even less on "unsecured" loans.  I am not sure if that person co-signing your laon will help or not.

over a 700 they have

i am under 600

i ask because i heard lenders tend to only look at the co signer
