Can someone please explain to me how Planet Feedback works because I currently have 2 collections on my Experian Credit report from Peak Capital Corp. for an E-Payday loan that I didn't NOT apply for and they will not budge on this matter. Every time I dispute this Experian they claim to have verified it. Which is totally not true. This company refuses to give me validation of the debt. Any suggestions would be very appreciated in dealing with these losers.

I don't know how PFB would help with this. Maybe someone could chime in on using them for unpaid CAs and validation.

I know you disputed, but did you DV them? If so, how many times?

If multiple DV attempts resulted in no answer, then I would go on a fact finding mission. I would look for licensing info if required by your state. I'd look for others' response to this CA. I'd look for BBB info. I'd check with your state on laws regarding DVing, if any. I'd also check with your local agency or state on any complaints against this CA. In short, I would look for examples of Person A doing this, and the CA did that, and so forth. I'd look for information from the above that I could use against them like court cases, government mandates or rulings, etc. Based on that info, I would tweak and twist a letter to the CA to compel a response.
