Re: Please Help Me!! Over $20,000 In DEPT!!!!

It is about the OP and that's why your position/opinion however entitled you may be is ignorant and without basis since you don't know anything about this person. At least with my knowledge of people in similar situation, I have a better understanding of not passing judgment without knowing the facts and that IS relevant, more so than knocking someone without knowing anything. So I suppose my opinion that you are over simplifying and wrong is just as valid as yours to pass judgment without knowing.

Re: Please Help Me!! Over $20,000 In DEPT!!!!

panto- does the OC still own the accounts? Or, Did OC sell accts to CA? It is common for some credit card cos to still own the acct but place it in collections. Are they all within SOL? If within SOL, dv can come back to haunt you legally.

Take a good look at your reports, post info for each acct, of course not including personal info like acct nos. Be sure to include your SOL info. Then each acct can be looked at on an individual basis. What is good for one acct may not be your solution on another one. Each acct needs to be evaluated as there is not a blanket solution.

Then you can see what your next step would be. Just about everyone here has had the same issues in the past, or currently have the same issues. You will get alot of good guidance especially from the MODS.

You can take a look at the bankruptcy info also. You will then get a feel for what you will be up against if you do decide to file BK. As I said earlier, I would call an attorney for a free consult to discuss your options. This site is great for the knowledgeable info, but everyone's situation is unique.

With the child support issue, you need to talk with legal counsel IMO.

Cruise over to the Rebuilding your Credit area and read the posts by the MODS at the top of the page. They will help you immensely.

Re: Please Help Me!! Over $20,000 In DEPT!!!!

BTW, I just found out that the US Census has two tests, one is for a census worker position, then if you score high on that test, you can take the supervisor's test. Of course, the higher your job title, the more $$$$$$$$ you make.

A school teacher took the test this week and she said it was easy, she made 100%. She is going back to take the Supervisor's test.

That would certainly help you with the outstanding debt and child support, if it would coordinate with the job you have the lead on of course.

Re: Please Help Me!! Over $20,000 In DEPT!!!!

Call it a rant if it helps you remain ignorant but if you lack perspective to see you were wrong, you will remain ignorant and that's your right. No one said you had to be a good human being, just pointing out you made a statement without knowing the full facts and that by default makes the opinion ignorant, it can stand all you want and I am not going to waste time with someone obviously clueless and proud to be wrong and adamant and anonymous. It is YOUR responsibility to have value for what you say, no one can make that call for you.

You are obviously clueless and consider anything against your opinion a whine because you know deep down you made a mistake but are too proud, or frankly self righteous to think you are beyond mistakes and that's not the case.

Re: Please Help Me!! Over $20,000 In DEPT!!!!

For you it may be a mind game or a joke just to provoke and be ignorant for the sake of being a jerk. However, I feel that we never abandon our responsibility to be a descent human being, sorry that is too much for you to understand. My "madder by the second" has nothing to do with you but what you represent, the indifferent person who lives in oblivion and abuses the right provided by good men and women who have died, both under my command and even myself during my service, and it disappoints me and makes all the loss worthless to protect the rights of people like you to say the crap that comes to their limited minds. That's all. The more you speak, the more you shed light on my point. Now I am going to go back to helping people while you sit there and make posts in your own little world for the sake of saying something. You are trying to stay relevant and by your actions you are showing how irrelevant you really are. Go ahead and have your last word and a good day.
