My hubby has an old acct from 2001 or 2002 that looks like it's still with Verizon. He called on it a few years ago, and they told him over the phone they couldn't give him any info on it because it's from the old PrimeCo system. It's past the SOL, so should I send a DV letter? If they can't validate the debt, what is my next step, dispute with the CRA's? Thanks so much for the help! I'm already learning a LOT from these forums!!
