Hard to say. All depends. I mean it's not a violation of law or anything for you to be snippy with them, and I daresay if they remain hardheads and go to court, a decent attorney could mitigate it, assuming anything came of it.

Your honor, I think this is but an example of the frustration my client felt in trying to settle this matter in good faith.

PEOPLE SEEMED TO THINK CALVARY IS A HARD NOSED COMPANY TO DV.  WELL I GOT THEM OFF OF MY CREDIT REPORT BY DV'ING THE VICE PRESIDENT (GENO ??? I CANT THINK OF HIS LAST NAME RIGHT NOW) AND THEY NEVER RESPONED TO ME AFTER 3 DAYS.  I SENT THE CERTIFIED MAIL ON JUNE 16TH AND THE LETTER WAS DATED FOR JUNE 19, 2008.  I GUESS THE VP DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT MAIL WAS ACTUALLY COMING TO HIS ATTENTION AND HE HAD THEM TO DELETE ASAP.  TRY THAT METHOD, IT WORKED FOR ME.

I'm interested too. They have just made a soft pull and i just ITS'd them.

I found that Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC ("CP") is licensed in my state and governed by Cavalry Investments, LLC ("CI") - however CI is not licensed and is dissolved since 2004 - CI was governed by C T Corporation Systems, a Delaware Foreign Corporation, registered in my state.

I'm filing as soon as the ITS term is up.
