I filed for Bankruptcy in Nov. 2002, I never went through it so it was dismissed. I moved 2 years ago and con Edison turned me over to Collection Portfolio recovery. Portfolio was reporting on my TU and EX that the amount was dismissed in bankruptcy in 2007. Which is impossible since my bankruptcy was dismissed in 2002 and the only accounts that were included was credit cards account. I disputed the info with the CRA. And they have deleted.
I would like to pay the bill this week... Do you think that Portfolio will start reporting again to the CRA's.
