Pre-Qual Credit Card Sites. I try to stay current on those offering a pre-qual: below is what I have for now. (Synchrony link below but proceed cautiously...) Please add any that are not on the list. And keep in mind that, even though you might be 'pre-qual'd' it doesn't guaranteed final approvel. Thanks and please post your results below!

Bank of America not reliable neither is Navy .
Thanks; both Chase and Citi seem to cycle their pre-qual offer site. What is your experience with their reliability for approval?
Sad but true. Same with Wells Fargo.

I don't have a lot of experience with pre-quals, sorry. I don't get new cards often and my scores and income are pretty good so I just apply for cards that I want and assume I'll be approved. More recently, I was pre-approved for a Sapphire Preferred but that was on my Chase dashboard so I am not sure if that counts? I think my upgrade card came with a pre-qual that you do before you accept and that went well. And my Smartly card also had a pre-qual which said I was approved before I accepted. But these are all cards I was going to get anyway so the pre-qual didn't play a factor in my decision.
Updated and added. Thanks!
Added one new one, plus edited initial post to add Chase and Cit:

Both Navy and NASA showed I was approved on pre-qualify. Pulled trigger on both. Both Denied. So not reliable
