Pretty disappointed in USAA CMS

I have been on the USAA CMS for a couple weeks now and pull my report al most every day watching for things to fall off and balances to get reported down.  However, yesterday, I noticed a new, unauthorized hard inquiry from some JDB on my Experian report.  That sucks by itself.  However, I have not received any alerts from USAA about this.  Aren't they supposed to email me about any new accounts or inquries?

USAA.  You can pull daily with them, and I rarely miss a day.

Wow, sorry.  I just realized I completely misread your question.  I thought you were asking where I got my report from (as in what site).  I now realize you just wanted to know where to check it.  Glad you found it.

But yeah, that is why I chose USAA.  You can pull a fresh one every single day if you want.  It is great if you have a problem and are obsessive like me!

No problem! Glad you brought it up, I had no idea or simply didn't pay attention to my options.

Re: Pretty disappointed in USAA CMS

I got an email notification when TU updated my address.

The thing that dissapoints me is that I've had the same exact FAKO scores since day one, 2 months ago, despite paying off a loan and the AAoA increasing.  737, 737 and 749.  Yes, I know they're FAKO, but even my CK score, which was perpetually stuck at 720 for months on end, increased to 753 after my loan payoff posted.

Well, for whatever reason, they have decided not to notify me of this inquiry, ugh.

I didn't realize that loan payoffs impacted scores.

Re: Pretty disappointed in USAA CMS

Not the payoff in particular, but the lowered credit utilization.
