ME ME ME ME ME!!!

 

if i get this message one more time i'm going to scream.  i've been getting this for about a week & a half now.  emailed them twice, no response.  i hate calling, because i always catch someone with a heavy accent that i can't understand (i don't do accents very well, & my hearing kind of sucks).  i really hope they fix this soon.  i haven't been able to get a new report since 12/21.

Well, two is enough for a class-action suit, right? LOL. It does no good to call them, CSR's are clueless about it and tried to blame it on me. They haven't answered my emails either. I will run out of patience soon.Smiley Mad

they have about 3 days to fix it before i get billed again, so they better do it or i'm cancelling.  i don't have time (or money!) to waste on their idiotic games.  Smiley Mad

UPDATE:  the day before i was about i get billed again, they emailed me saying they had fixed their problem.  sure enough, i logged in & was FINALLY able to update.  no surprise, though, that there was absolutely no delay in their billing me Smiley Mad
