Problems with freezing Transunion

Everytime I go to Transunion wanting to freeze it this is what I get....  Does this happen to everyone else have this problem?  Uber annoying

I know it says that the problem is temporary but it isn't.  You'll have to call.  I had the same issue and the CSR knew right away what the problem was.  I'm not sure what exactly causes it but it was a quick and painless call.

Ok thanks.  Ya I figured it wasn't temporary because it's been like that forever.  I was able to call automated system and put the freeze on. But it's not near as convenient as being able to do it online
