If Cap1 went through the trouble to get a judgment, I think they are going to want their money.  They may let it sit a while to earn more interest, but eventually they will come after you.  With a judgment they can pull the money out of any bank account (with a few exceptions).   They don't need to let you know before hand.  The money will just be gone.

Are you planning on entering your bank account into Cap1's website to pay the CC bill?  Or are you planning on pushing payments from your bank?

Exactly right ^^^.

Just because Cap One issued you another card does not mean they have forgiven the judgement. One event has nothing to do with the other. Take care of both of those judgements - either pay them or vacate them (if you can per Roberts post). You don't want to wake up one day with your bank accounts cleaned out or a garnishment on your check.  You may be able to negotiate the amount. Whatever you do, make sure to get a recorded Satisfaction of Judgment if you pay it so it doesn't come back to bite you down the road.
