You might be right about this: You can get your TU98 FICO from transunioncs.com (note the -cs), although I think you might have to sign up for the Quarterly Monitoring thingy as well.
I'm not sure about that at all.
BTW I've been called many things but a "Terse Texan" is a first.

Looks like you can get a 3-in-1 plus a TU FICO, the Quarterly Monitoring Thingy plus a TU FICO, or just the (short) TU report plus a TU FICO.
