So I got approved for a BCP on October 9 and the first statement was cut on November 9. (It was a 0 balance but I had $2K of transactions that were PIF before the statement date.) The card is still not reporting to any of the CRAs. Is this normal? Should I call them?
I have 3 Amex AU accounts and they all report like clockwork.

Normal.
There's been DPs where AmEX has been known to report within the first billing cycle, but generally-speaking, it can take up to two billing cycles in some cases. So, no need to sound the alarm.
