Question about writting a dispute to a CRA

I have proof that they illegally verified a TL with a CA.

The addy on my CR was the one I sent to DV to WHICH was the one they provided with their results as if I have any further ?'s contact the CA at that addy, I did and I got the DV back as return to sender undeliverable.

Do I send copies of the envie or the envie and the letter to the CA?

If you sent a DV to a CA  and used the address on your CR.....dispute with all CRAs that are reporting!!!!   not mine..........send copy of thr DV letter  copy of the CERT.paper and copy of GG.....either fax or send CMRRR

In dispute leter tell them that the CA had 30 days to validate the debt and they could not! If they can not validate the debt then they can not legally verify it....delete!!
