Per Brammys suggestion, im revising my original post and splitting it up – heres part one of who knows how many! I have A LOT of late payments between several different accounts (most have charged-off, but a few remain open and now current). Most of them are from 2005-2006, although there maybe be one or two dated earlier than that, and I know I had a couple from earlier this year (before I joined MyFico!). I am in the process of GW and PFD letters being mailed out. I have already received one GW denial and am sure I will be denied most (if not all) of my requests. So before I go trying again and again (which I will probably do anyways), I didn't know if someone could help me out in figuring out how much lates from 05-06 are still affecting my credit score? I mean, obviously any GW adjustment or PFD I may get would be great, but would it even help me out that much in terms of my credit score?
