Question I just recently got a score alert saying a recent dispute has been updated witch I assume it's from my best buy account it was saying charge off by Ganter now the status says " bad debt placed in collections " no score bump no score decrease. Has anyone ever gotten alert like that and if so how is have my situation changed from charge off to bad debt placed in collection any better I'm so confused
