If an account is in collection and a payment arrangement has been made, does the collection agency report your monthly payments when paid to them as agreed?

Will my credit score go up when these collectioon accounts have been satisfied and paid off?

I hope your arrangement includes a PFD, so that the CA is expunged from your CRs. Otherwise, it will not help your score and in fact may very well hurt your score as the CA updates (more recent negative action). It's not too late to discuss a PFD. Get everything in writing.
