In 2017 we entered into a hardship program with Quicken Loans on our mortgage, "something" to "Success" or similar is what it was called. At any rate the back story is that we were consistantly paying the mortgate payment on the last few days of the month. We would be 26-28 days late but NEVER 30 days late. At some point Quicken sent us some information on how to get on track, and not run so close to being 30 days past due. Spoke to someone who got us eligible to for a program, that would skip one months payment, set a new payment that we would make for 5 months, and they have a permanent modification after the 5 months, which started in August of 2017.
All of that being said, they are now reporting us 90-120 days late for that 5 month modification trial period!! Would have NEVER entered this program if we would have know that it would have caused 120 day late reporting, because we NEVER ran 30 days past due.
Does anyone have any suggestions with Quicken on how to get it corrected, or why they did this?
