Ive had it ask me all questions that were none of the above and it says I failed security questions. Which makes no sense but thats how they roll I guess.
I do not have any idea why they screw up their verification questions so often =/ 80% of the time I fail my questions and they are all 100% accurate when I answer.
I just called the reporting agency and said my free report didnt work because of security questions. Since I had made an account already at equifax they just put my free report on the site for a month of viewing. TU/EX I got in the mail. (the mailed reports are better than the online version)
No idea on the reset sorry.
