Rebate Check and Direct Deposit

Ok but has anyone who has gotten there rebate check had to pay federal taxes?

I owed and they took mine, ALL OF IT!!!!!

I got a nice letter from them saying it was applied to my debt.

They even took my whooping 82 dollar STATE REFUND too

If you owe any Federal and/or state debt, they will apply the rebate to what you owe.  If any thing is left you will receive it.  I read a post from some one that got what was left of their rebate after they took the debt out.
