Rent Track via Experian?

Has anyone had experience with using RentTrack through Experian?
Looks like it’s a way to report your rental payments. Not sure if this could be a good thing or bad. IE debt to income and and adding.
Have always been on time w rent, but have moved several times in the last 5 years.

Will rent reporting impact my FICO score?

Rent payments are used to formulate your FICO 9 score and VantageScore. You never know what scores lenders will be looking at, so RentTrack reports to all three major credit bureaus.

It sounds like the only FICO score that these rent payments would affect is FICO 9.  That means no affect on mortgage scores or the scores used by most auto lenders and CC issuers.

And of course you have to pay for the service too.  For example, to get your last two years of rental payments reported it costs $90.
