Rental Kharma & rent reporting

Does anyone use this and has anyone used this? Any pro and cons I'm just now starting my rebuild so I'm not sure it would hurt me so bad with it opening 2 new accounts if I did choose that route but I'm going to wait until I get more feedback before hand.
