Repossession gone to CA...can I still request a GW?

I have a repo from Mar.05 with Citifinancial.  The debt was sold to LVNG for $9200 and they were considering small claims court.  I arranged a payment plan with the help of my attorney. I have since learned that I should have negotiated for less that what I actually owed, but honestly I was afraid of being sued.  I am trying to purchase a home within the next 6-9 months. I have been make payments on time for the past 5 months as agreed.  I am sure that many have heard of LVNG and how horrible they are to work with...Anyway, they have been reporting the the CRA past due 120+ days even before the payments are due.  I brought this to the attention of my attorney and they sent a letter request all information be reported correctly.  They also show this collection account as a new tradeline instead of a CA.  The have made some correction which increased my score by 10 points.  The CR states all accounts are current when looking at credit at-a-glance, but on the when I look at LVNG is shows 120 days past due.  Is this because it's a collection account?  If so, why is it not listed as a credit account but a open accounts?

In addition, is it too late for me to request a GW for Citifinancial Auto to remove the repo since I have been making payment to the CA?  I realize now this should have been requested during the negotiating phase.

I have learned so much from this forum and look forward to your opinion.
