I actually rec'd an email back from the President. He told me that they never delete anything from CR's. He said that I should contact the OC and ask them about it. So I now have a call into the OC and am waiting for a return call. I have spoken with the OC once before with no luck but now I have a different name and number and I'll give it another try. I'm hoping I'll have some leverage now since I discovered the address discrepancy.
