I have an Applied Bank card which was opened in 2001 and now in a pay status of collection/ charge off. Can I get the charge off reversed and the account reopened? There is no collection agent coming after the balance of $2032, transunion, and equifax no report history however experian show CO payment history................ last reported 5/11/2007
