Thanks for the link. Reoported fraud again to TU. The issue I have is that although I reported to Police and Wells Fargo Fraud at the time it appears that no follow up was done. I didnt report to the CB at the time because I didnt know to nor how much was stolen because the accounting and statements were destroyed. It took nearly a year to reconstruct what we could with banks not cooperating most likele because they knew they had liability. As of this morning I have with the help of my local Wells branch escalated to senior credit person. I just want this card off my cr a year earlier then if I let the time elapse. They want my business so maybe something can happen.
