It's amazing how much erroneous crap is on our reports, hurting our scores. And even though we have access to the consumer version of reports, there's another whole level that we never get to see, unless mortgage lenders, etc., slide the printouts across the table for us to take a peek.

HTSU, I first noticed it when I looked at my reports from myfico.com (had a little flag and everything). I have been carrying this crap for nearly three years, totally oblivious to the erroneous reporting. It was never late and wasn't reported late either, just the current status reported as 30 days past due.

Just makes me realize that I have to use every possible avenue and resource at my disposal to ensure that my CRs are erroneous and obsolete data.
