Same day dispute results (deletions) from TransUnion and Experian?

So, my wife and I pulled her credit reports today via the annual free credit report site.  We found a bunch of accounts that were in a collection agency that we had never heard of, or from, so we initiated online disputes through both credit bureaus stating that we had no knowledge of these accounts.

Within hours, Experian came back and said their investigation was complete and that the items, 7 in total, had been deleted from her report.

We did the same for TransUnion, except get this, the investigation for the same 7 items was all but immediately completed and the items were deleted.

My question is...is this normal?  This seems awfully fast based on what I've read from folks in multiple forums, etc.  It also seems weird that they would've been deleted so fast, don't they have to contact the collection agency for proof and such before they delete any information?  Any chance these come back in a few weeks?  Seems really strange to us, we just don't want any surprises in a few weeks as we're getting ready to start looking at selling our current home and buying a new one.

CONGRATS  ON THE DELETIONS!!! THAT IS GREAT NEWS THE SAME HAPPENED TO ME A FEW MONTHS BACK WITH TRANSUNION AND JUST RECENTLY WITH EXPERIAN. HOWEVER WHEN I TRIED IT AGAIN IT DID NOT WORK JUST LUCK OF THE DRAW LOOKS LIKE GOT THAT 1 CSR THAT ACTUALLY DID HIS JOB. ITS MUCH BETTER TO COME HERE AND WRITE WHAT YOU JUST DID THEN ITS BEEN XX DAYS AND STILL NOTHING.. I KNOW FOR ME I WAS NOT GOING TO COMPLAINE IT REMINDS ME OF A STORY WHEN I WAS NUCH YOUNGER I GOT COUGHT WITH A SUBSTANTUAL AMOUNT OF WEED AND WHEN I WENT TO COURT THEY ONLY BROUGHT LESS THEN HALF THE EVIDANCE TO COURT I WAS NOT ABOUT TO COMPLAINE AND SAY WAIT THERESHOULD HAVE BEEN XXX NOT XXX LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
