Same debt - different CAs... what do I do?

I was just going thru my CR and noticed that 2 different CAs are reporting the same debt, TWICE (one for AT&T the other for SBC).  The dollar amounts with each CA are different, but only vary by, at most, approx $100.  I'm certain they are the same debts.  How do I fight this?

NCO Asgne of ATT
CB $358
Assigned 12/20/06

Crd Prt Assoc
CB $371
Assigned 9/1/02

NCO Asgne of SBC
CB $416
Assigned 4/20/07

Asset Accept (OC SBC)
CB $597
Assigned 8/24/05

In addition to this, I found 2 inquiries made by NCO at the time the ATT & SBC debts were assigned to them.  I didn't authorize them, so it's not legal, right?

I appreciate everyone's help!

I'm not sure but given the length of time between when the debts for ATT & SBC were first sent for collection 02 & 05 respectively, it could be that they reassigned the debts for collection with NCO 06 & 07 respectively. Had you previously paid the collections off or worked out payments with ATT & SBC?

The collections were not paid to the OCs, SBC and ATT.  I know the SBC account was from back in '03 - the ATT account in '04 (?).  Do I contact them directly to see if there's still a balance owed?
