2. Same day.
3. Temporary lift is immediate, if you choose the same day. A permanent lift/removal, I assume is the same, but I haven't verified.
4. They can be costly, if you don't qualify for free ones!
5. From my experience, if monitoring is already setup, then you are good to go. However, if you are trying to setup a NEW monitoring, then you MAY need to thaw a report. MyFICO required me to unfreeze/temporary lift TU where CreditCheckTotal wanted me to unfreeze/temporary lift EX. So, YMMV here.
